We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations across our managed properties. This role is key to maintaining the condition, safety, and comfort of our buildings. Whether it’s responding to resident service requests, maintaining building systems, or keeping common areas in top shape, you bring technical know-how and a positive, professional attitude to everything you do.

·      2+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related field

·      Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems

·      Familiarity with hand and power tools, safety practices, and maintenance protocols

·      Experience with CMMS platforms is an asset

·      Experience using Yardi, Grata or other similar software is an asset

·      Trade certification or Building Operator training is a plus

·      Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - travel between sites will be required for this role.

·      A team player with a strong work ethic and service-first attitude

·      Technically minded and confident using tools, troubleshooting issues, and learning on the job

·      Reliable, organized, and proactive in your approach to maintenance tasks

·      Comfortable working independently and managing your time efficiently

·      Clear and respectful communicator with tenants, team members, and supervisors

·      Committed to safety, quality, and professional conduct at all times

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. The final compensation offer will be dependent on candidate experience.
